- Addressing your requests, queries, and complaints, if any, relating to our Services; receiving feedback, helping you complete transactions, or other issues related to the use of the Services and other customer service-related activities.
- Leveraging services from Welldone group companies and customizing instructions for appropriate medical products and services.
- Generating insights for corporate/business strategy and marketing operations of Welldone Group companies.
- Developing machine learning algorithms and tools to improve the targeting of services, diagnostic and treatment protocols, and other products and services.
- Contacting you to inform you of new services, features, products, special promotions, or offers, both from Welldone Group's entities and affiliates, as well as third-party offers or products with which we have an agreement and which are related to the use of services.
- Technical administration and customization of the Website and other general administrative and business purposes.
- Payment Aggregators/Card Networks etc. as per Card Network Rules. Research (internal or otherwise), fraud, security, risk management, and analysis for the development and improvement of products and services, including the provision of tokenization services.
- Disclosure to government authorities as required by applicable law.
- Carrying out our obligations in connection with any contract with affiliated companies, Welldone group companies, our business partners, or contractors, including, but not limited to, the provision of tokenization services to payment aggregators/card networks/card issuers. Necessary to provide tokenization services or to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or investigations.
- Investigating, enforcing, and resolving any disputes or complaints.
- Any other purpose required by applicable law.
For end-users only:
- Creation and maintenance of health records in electronic form in the Personal Health Record (PHR) database for providing related services by us and Welldone group companies, affiliates, etc.
- Creating your unified profile with analytics and insights generated by processing your personal information.
- Sharing with your selected HSPs within the Welldone Group, such as doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and chemists who may provide services to you under the App or Website.
- Processing any orders/requests you may place using our Services.
For doctors only:
- To verify your professional credentials and any representations you make to us.
- To process any payments made to you.
- To provide recommendations to end-users based on your expertise and specialization.
- For providing any other service to you.
5. How long we retain your data
We store your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, which means we keep your data for as long as is necessary to provide you with our services or as required by any law. We will only store your personal information for lawful purposes. We retain de-identified data for longer periods of time for research and statistical purposes.
If you close your account, we have no obligation to retain your data and may delete any or all of your data without liability. However, we may retain data relating to you if we believe it is necessary to prevent fraud or future misuse, if required by law, or for other legitimate purposes. We may continue to store your data in anonymized or de-identified form for analytical, research, or other purposes for which your information is collected as indicated above.
